Re: What's your ritual before going to bed?
I get into my PJs as soon as I get home from work, feed kids and hubby, watch my soaps, remove makeup, moisturise, brush teeth, put kids to bed, and get in bed myself. Watch telly for a bit and try to get to sleep.
