I was attending a party at a friends house here in USA. All the houses are HUGE, all on 5 acre lots with tons of space around each house. They had invited a live singer over who was doing a great job. Even the gora neighbours were invited but hey had left by the time the singer came. I am sure the voice reaching the neighbouring houses must have been somewhat faint since they were so far apart. But one of them complained to the police who showed up asking he host to turn of the speakers or take it inside! And they had no choice but to shut it all down.
well all this arise when we r on recieving side....suppose aap kay ghar main shadi hay/or u r invited in some cusions marriage tu phir what would u had done then...kia aap un ko mana kartay/tee kay music is very loud or u would have enjoyed then? .....
thats the reason we will never have a policy against noise polution! atleast it should be implemented at night time so people can sleep easily.
btw i dont know if many of you know that
all london airports dont have flights after 11:30pm. so the sake of people sleep they dont make it 24 hours!!
no one is allowed loud noise in even own house during weekdays after 11:30pm.
Police or emergncy cars dont even hoot after 11:30 unless they have to, they use only flashing lights during night time.
no late night concerts allowed, I remember one Pakistani one when Ibrar being star asked for just 3 minutes to complete his song but, the power was cut!!!
we need to take this seriously, its ok we cant compare everything to west. but we should start with something. start first from ourselves and not waiting for a law to be intoduced.
that should be implemented ASAP, if a wedding meal ban can be implemented this can also be done I am sure.
Typical Pakistani mentality … if ppl could for once get their heads out of the sand and be persisent at a collective level, no one would dare attempt such a thing again.
I’d say get a petition signed by the neighbors and have a hefty fine imposed on the people who held the event in a public place without prior notice/permission - make an example and maybe even a legal precedent out of it.
^ I'm just having a case of the blahs - I'm just irritable tonight - okie before I spoil any more of your threads, I'm off for the night. Shab Bakhair.
nai mera ye matlab nai tha!! stay on plz u r more than welcome to say anything in any of my threads :D
i was jus making sure k mein ne toh kuch nai kaha which maybe u misunderstood or something .. hmmm, khaireyat, why u irritable? is it just a bad day? i have those days too..all the time ..
sounds like the complainers were from the US Because that’s what we do here. There have been many a times where my cousins are partying out loud until fajr time and the neighbors call the police on them :k:
