ok mine is
spagetti
mince meat
1onion
4cloves garlic
chooped 3-4tomatoes
fried veg such as aubergines
peppers
salt
mix masala
zeera
basil
oregano
boil spag
cook the onions,tomatoes, garlic(CRUSHED) otgehter.fry them for 10mins. add masalas, salt,zeera basil and organo…fry for a further 5mins.add keema..fry until keema cookd. add aubergines 5 mins before keema is cooked.
stir sauce and add to spag…serve with any cheese or alone…you can also substitute with chicken slice

Mmmmm I love ravioli. I don't know how to make it though. However, I do make baked ziti at home.
Ingredients:
tomato sauce
romano cheese
mozzarella cheese
ricotta cheese
salt/pepper to taste
Italian seasoning
Ziti Pasta
*Procedure: * Cook the pasta "el dente" according to the box instructions. In a bowl mix the ricotta cheese with half of the romano cheese and half of the mozzarella, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. You'll get a pinkish looking mixture. Only use about 1/2 of the romano because it's a rather strong cheese. And reserve half of the mozarella to sprinkle on top of the dish toward the end. Also.......you can choose to reserve half of the tomato sauce if you wish to add it to the top of the dish after it is done cooking.
Take the cooked pasta and drain it. Add the pink mixture from above to the ziti pasta and coat it well. Take a baking dish.....pour some tomato sauce on the bottom to prevent pasta from sticking. Spread coated pasta mixture in dish. Sprinkle the top with remaining mozarella cheese. Bake in oven for about 12-15 minutes or untill the cheese on top has melted.

My fool proof pasta dish is lasagne… i would post the recipe, but i have no idea about the measurements… i just guess by looking

Maroushy my mom has been cooking from so long now innit that she doesnt go by measurements anymore too. She does everything by andaazay and mashallah her cooking is AMAZING! :-) Even featured on tv ;-)

^On tv, really? You’ll have to share her recipes on here ;)… my mom’s like that too… i never go by measurements in recipes… but maybe that’s why my food always turns out wrong… :bummer:
