with roti? comon yaar...kharauvray always with taaza naan. Kharauvrey are right there on my list too. I love keema aloo for some reason. Palak gosht has its own flavor, and so does saag.

hmmmm real italian stuff... not the lame azz american italian tasteless olive garden shyt but real italian... I am a big fan of chicken with arrabiate sauce and linguini.

ASIF.... main khud khanay ki itni shouqeen tou nahi lakin ooper jitni posts hain un main likhay hoeay almost sab dishes main bana sakti hoo included fraudia sahb ki italian k :)phir bhi gosht or sabzi k saath bani hoey tamam dishes achi lagti hain lakin SQUASH bilkul bhi nahi pasand :)

How can you have just one favorite dish? That's imaginatively impossible. I am gonna have to repeat some of NYAhmadi's stuff (man, you know your food!):
1- Tarka wala saag with makai roti and chatti de lassi
2- keema bharay karailay (the ones that your actually sew with thread after stuffing the keema in).
3- Maash ki daal with roti off tawa with a spread of desi ghee or makhan over it.
4- Kalay chanay over boiled, white rice
5- Kachnar meat
6- Baryani (duh, of course)
7- Lakhshmi chowk's chicken/goat karahi
8- Alloo parathay
9- Palak gosht
10- How come nobody mentioned bhindi?
11- Masala walay teenday, you know, the stuffed ones
12- Wendy's spicy chicken fillet with coke and fries
13- Whoper, the sr. one
14- Kababs (best with naan. There are couple of good places in Model town, Lahore where you can get really excellent kababs)
15- Pizza Hut's veggie lover's personal pan pizza with coke
16- Payaay and cow brain (Didn't we already discuss this in Arts and Culture?)
17- And Gurday kapooray (ditto above).
