sometimes its the yogurt, other times its the besan and in fact once it was the tarka that went bad :-(

i asked my husband and my nand what they like that i make...and both off them just started husband told me everthing ( been married 2 months now havent cooked that much just cakes and biryanis) i have always been told that biryani is my best dish....and husband and my nand said that my chicken tikka biryani was really good....:D

I consider myself to be quite a good cook, and everyone at home always polish their plates when I cook so I guess the food must be ok in general, but my favourite things to cook and things I get asked to do regularly are:-

Lasagne
Shepherds pie
Chaval
Grilled chicken in pitta bread or tortillas
Pasta salad
Spicy lamb chops
Daal
