I consider myself to be quite a good cook, and everyone at home always polish their plates when I cook so I guess the food must be ok in general, but my favourite things to cook and things I get asked to do regularly are:-
Lasagne
Shepherds pie
Chaval
Grilled chicken in pitta bread or tortillas
Pasta salad
Spicy lamb chops
Daal
