you have to understand the culture and society that the women getting these enhancements come from, then no one will be making comments like "another feather in the respect-cap of women"- or so I hope.
so you are saying its ok to degrade these women to the level of animals just bcos its part of their society and culture?
what about the culture of some places that is obsessed with upper body enhancements of women?? Women get those because men like women with bigger tatas. I don't understand why they do it and risk their health.
They maybe get more confidence in themselves or they feel good about themselves when men give them compliments.
Many men think that women should look like the models they see in the ads or the victoria secret shows which are stick thin and anorexic looking so obviously their view of what a woman should look like is big time distorted. I'm not blaming the men, i'm blaming the beauty magazines that show women like this.
Well if you analyze the chai parade ceremonies that lead up to nikkah's in the muslim world, I dare say muslim women are defined less by their modesty and more by parts of their body. Not that Islam defines them this way, per se. But sadly, how many muslim men view women as intellectual and emotional counterparts? Muslim men, quite often, make their decision on a picture or a glimpse of their future wife rather some solid discussions, because God forbid men and women actually converse.

The chai parade (Though I myself don't agree with it too much, but it serves its purpose) is to gauge the modesty...The 'chaal chalan' can be pretty evident from a chai parade...
and to deflatoon your over-blown-hot-air-bubble, in most cases where the girl is rejected after the parade sharade is usually done by the mother/sisters of the boy. so sadly its the women that see each other as billi bakri gaye and not men. so if u want us to see u as an intellectual then next time try to use facts and not just made up stuff.
