2 strange things happened to my computer today

  1. When I try to view any video on YouTube, the video box doesnt appear and it gives me the following message:

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe’s Flash Player. Get the latest Flash player.

I had watched some videos on YouTube earlier in the day, so I dont know what happened at some point to make it stop working. I dont know how to turn on the JavaScript if thats what I accidently turned off somehow, so I clicked the link to install the Flash and then restarted my computer after installing but it still gives me the same message

  1. In the browser box at the top where you type the addresses, if I type in an address without the http or the www, it no longer takes me to the address. For example, before if I just wrote hotmail.com it would work but now it doesnt, it gives me this type of page always hotmail.com - Ask.com Search

So weird, they both just randomly happened in the middle of the day. Does anyone know how I can fix it --especially the YouTube problem, I love YouTube!

Open IE and Go to Tools/Internet Options/Advanced and check the box under the Java menu. (enable script).
