I don't know about dramas, but a lot of fake Baloch accounts on twitter write in perfect Hindi. :)

Janam and dheere dheere are part of Urdu. I mean I don't know if there is a substitute word for janam as used in 'Saat Janam'. There was a hit serial from ARY 'Janam' penned by Asghar Nadeem Syed.

Dheere Dheere is commonly used. BTW, Aahista also sounds Hindi. While Rafta Rafta is persion. This is not commonly used now. There was this famous song by Mehdi Hasan 'Rafta Rafta wo mere hasti ka saman ho gae' that got copied in India as 'Dheere Dheere aap mere dil ke mehmaan ho gaye'.

Janam-din is typical Hindi and who ever wrote script might not like 'Saalgirah'.

I just heard someone use 'hum' instead of 'mai' for herself in a pakistani drama.
