were are NOT talking about it’s physical situation…it’s more about what sense you get when you refer to ICU? isn’t it a place where a patient is secluded from the rest of the patients with more care? so gosha gives that meaning/sense! kia Khayaal hai?

I see where you are coming from. I was thinking more along the lines of units in police department. Notice, department in this case, is used for “Mehkma” and not “Shoba”
