In my understanding Unit is refered to as synonym of Department in many cases. Unit does not necessarily mean to refer to ‘one’ but to a group of one set of individuals too.

Gosha is really translated as an Avenue and it often refers to a corner. An ICU could be in the center of a hospital and not at the corner of it. But that’s just my own opinion and I could very well be wrong.

were are NOT talking about it’s physical situation…it’s more about what sense you get when you refer to ICU? isn’t it a place where a patient is secluded from the rest of the patients with more care? so gosha gives that meaning/sense! kia Khayaal hai?
