not really...andesh means one who thinks...door andesh means the one has a far reaching thinking and when applied to figure of speech it means someone who has a foresight...
...now, Khair andesh mean someone who thinks well for others i.e. a well-wisher. i sometimes sign off my letter as:

there is a urdu word which is derived from Arabic...Urdu after all is a 60-35 Farsi/Arabic mixture. :)
