on facebook you can join groups created by channel of their cooking shows. shireen answer's masala morning ...rida's tarka .....saadat's RKL etc they all upload recipes regularly.
orkut also have such groups where recipes are very regularly posted
now that fb is blocked in pakistan I am taking recipes from orkut only.

www.allrecipes.com is one I visit very frequently and get alot of great recipes from…I like that you can read people reviews and how they alter the recipes to make them even better
http://www.lovintheoven.com/ is another one Ive been loving lately, its only for desserts though and its not really a recipe website, but a baking blog. Her pictures and recipes are always so yum

I love allrecipes.com. I read the comments and will adjust the recipe accordingly.
I also tend to combine several recipes where possible.
