Thats the thing. Theyre getting on your nerves because this style is alien to you. You have different standards. To them and to millions of pakistanis back home it is not irritating.

Captain Lota, I've lived in Karachi for quite a while. I'm not alien to the standards back home. Just that they make it extra annoying with silly jingles and dances.

Karachi is not Pakistan. Karachi is less than 1% of Pakistan's population. There is a world of difference between Pakistan's handful of metropolitan cities and the rest of Pakistan.

I have lived 25 out of 27years of my life, in Pakistan. No, the regular Pakistanis arent familiar with this silly/rediculous style. Its as much irritating to us like people anywhere else.

how long are we going to watch these ads? they should atleast change it and the best medical care ads are the worse ..all the ads are crap they should some how play the paki ads..i can watch dem over n over :D and over on ARY that Reema rice ad is so stupid along with ali zafars tapal chai...

They still are, just check em out on the local channels in Pak. You only see the cheapie restaurant types here.

haha that one is pretty bad too!
They have this ad w/ Maria Wasti and that girly looking guy for a calling card which is fine according to advertising standards. Wonder why they can't make ads like that
