Wasiay Sameen, do you know, you are the mod of your own blog. You can edit people's quote, you can delete them, you can ban people from entering your blog.

Why don't you start with blogs. Lets's see how many people you can attract, what kind of dicsipline you can maintain. All these are considered good qualities of a mod. Maybe you can attract the attention of authorities by doing a good job there.
