I use both types of pasta for dawats .. Angle hair, I prefer to use when I do Stir Fry dishes … Angle hair doesnt take over the taste of the vegies or chicken .. which I aim to be the main ingredient … Most often its like a side dish

Spaghetti however, I use when I want it to be a main dish and usually it goes really well with loads of sauce … Spaghetti tends to make its presence very powerful hence herb based dry sauces or dry stir fry dont go very well with it …

CB can you share you angle hair recipe
