angel hair is thinner

Angle hair is much thinner. Used for light/thin sauces.
Spaghetti is thicker and used with thicker sauces.

Re: What's then difference between these Pastas

I use both types of pasta for dawats .. Angle hair, I prefer to use when I do Stir Fry dishes ... Angle hair doesnt take over the taste of the vegies or chicken .. which I aim to be the main ingredient ... Most often its like a side dish

Spaghetti however, I use when I want it to be a main dish and usually it goes really well with loads of sauce ... Spaghetti tends to make its presence very powerful hence herb based dry sauces or dry stir fry dont go very well with it ...

Re: What's then difference between these Pastas

yeah sure Princess ..

BBQ boneless chicken pieces .. chop them into fine cubes .. keep aside ..
Julienne cut some vegetables of choice .. Stir fry them on high flame ... keep aside

In a pot , chop finely half an onion or take about two sprigs of spring onion .. as soon as they become transparent, add in chopped garlic half tsp .. finally add in just three to four tsp tomato paste ( crush the tomatoes in the blender ) .. when the tomatoes leave oil .. add in the chicken pieces .. the vegetables ... leave the fire on high flame ..

Add in mixed herbs , salt , pepper, one tsp soya sauce , half tsp oyster sauce , half tsp vinegar ... toss it all .. keep aside to cool..

now mix in the boiled and drained angle hair pasta into the stir fry .. or spread the pasta in a plate and spread the stir fry on top .. enjoy...
