This mentality is quite prevalent in Pakistan where people who normally speak Punjabi are looked down upon as lower class or uneducated.

Some of them are fairly safe like Microdermaberasion and chemical peels, though side effects can occur in any chemical. Others are controversial like lipodissolve and even Botox as its a toxin. Its her profession however and she and other actresses do have to take that risk. But no matter how good you eat and work out, the skin aging process can be slowed down by all these techniques.

Even if you speak Urdu or don't splatter your Urdu with English words you are looked down upon in Pakistan.
