how about just making pizza from scratch, its pretty easy. there is a thread on pizza crusts. when i went to paki last year for 3 weeks, i took quesadilla wraps, n can of jalapeno peppers...it was fine....i made quesadillas...as i absolutely love them, and they were a total hit with chicken & veggies.....many stores there carry cheese now of certain varieties.
