yes exactly. But why? Because gorey saab ki hukmarni abhi taak nehin bhooley and that's why they (lyrcist) don't even realize that they're being recist. Somebody up there said that the majority of peole in indo-pak are dark and fair skinned so why not describe and praise women's beauty in such way. British ruled African continant too but I doubt when the blacks over there are describing feminism they call'em goris (or whatever that word is in their lanugage).
