Whats the most unconventional thing ur partners ever done 4u

im talking of the conventional gender roles, where men do the manly stuff tradition says, and women do their traditionally set roles…so when boundaries cross over, does it work? and are we happy doing it, i mean we may go on forever in regards to feminism or equal opps, or whatever, however i still like men doing men stuff, and women doing women stuff…although i like it even more when husband cooks, cleans, looks after kid, goes grocery shopping, and changes nappies etc…all traditionally a womans jobs.

It has definitely worked for us
We both work and have a 2 yr old so if I was to do all the traditional women work along with my job, then I do not think I could have managed that gracefully. Not that many girls dont do it but it is just not possible for me !!
We share work and my husband has done about everything from cooking, cleaning to changing diapers etc. We are happy doing it.
Growing up I saw my father help my mother with all the household chores except cooking and my mother was a housewife.
I guess we get these impressions from our own growing up environment.
My father worked his job, did all the handyman work at home and also helped my mother with household chores so for me that is how a man should be :)

^happy for you, thank allah you have such a sweet caring husband. he seriously cooks and cleans, nice!

my dad, helps with cleaning, cooking on special occasions, like he makes some nice stuff during thanksgiving and whenever he's in the mood to play chef. He's made some really yummy dishes.
my dad's my hero, he did all the fixing and building at home.
