Whats the first thing you do when you wake up?

This morning I realised I have a really bad habit and the first thing I do when I wake up is check my blackberry

How unhealthy!

Yours is better than mine - I wake up and read messages from my friends :/

I suppose I also check for uni emails

first thing i do is: **i make my bed***....REASON: i do NOT wish to be tempted to go back to bed. :D*

Give thanks to Allah that I am alive and awake have a shower and read Namaz. After which I proceed with the usual… clothes, check. Tactical equipment, check. Pen, check… all important coffee, check. After the 10k run and hour gymn session a quick shower and then breakfast… bring on the day! :faris:

make wuzu pray namaz , then start to get ready for work. on weekends go back to sleep after namaz.
