In KSA it used to be the kids who went to American/British schools vs the kids who went to Pakistani Embassy school.

I know a couple of people born and raised in dubai who don't take much pride in identifying theirselves as pakistani.
as for feeling superior--- I don't exactly feel superior to live abroad but when i go to pakistani gatherings and hear the recently-moved-bollywood-stricken pakistani youth gossiping about how abc is going out with xyz and how they would like to have a husband who is a carbon copy of salman khan, I leterally puke :). and at the back of mind, I thank God, i was raised not to faint over sweaty stereoid impelled celebs -- i just sigh with a contented relief.

as i said, pakistani adolescents, who have recently moved here (canada), all they ever talk about in a gathering is, clothes, indian celebs, and much exaggerated affairs of kids their age.
if you fail to see it all, you either don't pay any heed to people around you.....or......you must be lucky not to socialize with people like that when your mom drags you to some random aunty's eid party.
