Ing/Hing?
It’s this icky black thing that mum puts in her curry (not curry as in handi but curry as in curry - you know that yellowish handi made of dahl and rice and dayN and milk).
It’s got a really strong smell/taste to it so we’re only meant to use it in minute measurements.
I’m trying to write out the recipe for a friend but no1 knows teh English term for it.
