Anything goes in both , but there is a twist. In cafe you are allowed to have a light hearted discussion of a topic but in AV you want to have serious discussion on the same topic.

The All-Views forum is a place where both light-hearted and serious issues are examined from "all views" or multiple angles/perspectives.

The Cafe forum is a place where multiple views are shared mainly regarding light-heard even nonsensical issues. In this forum, there is absence of the seriousness that is found in the All-Views forum. And there's nothing wrong with that. We all need a place where we can just chill-ax :)
