I heard dark baking trays arent the best, so what should we use? Those red plastic ones, or silicon whatever they are?

silicon is good, or any nonstick metal one, dark or light. usually the darker the baking pan, the better it is at circulating the heat. i always put my cookies on a sheet of parchment paper- so much easier when it comes to clean up- i just throw the parchment paper away and voila! clean baking sheet!
