Dont worry, if ur parents or grand parents are Pakistani then its in ur blood to be OK in Pakistan. Ya becareful what u eat there ... if u survive first one week there without any stomach problems u will be fine.
I almost died and I was on bottled water. Ok, I exaggerate. It's great, just don't go in the summer.
and be prepared for the intense noise and air pollution .... if you are going to Karachi.

IBD's right, just be sure you dont drink unboiled water or eat food thats been exposed to germs or dust or smoke or whatever.

Goto Nothern areas and u will like it. No better place then that. No pollution. Not hot and clean water.

All seem to be a bunch of "lil miss sensitive stomachs"..paks a great place..obviously if ur relatives are in small villages & thats where u intend to spend ur holidays then good luck to you's..its a great place & lots to do..food is fantastic, lahori girls are wow, and driving is errmmm adventuress..tips..dont go in summer, unless yr mad about the heat..always have an escort ( friend or relative ) when ur out & about..when shopping , dont speak english..u'll be ripped off..go to good restaurants in the cities (try "the village" or salt & peppers in lahore) ..they're grreeaatt.
I've never been to Pakistan either but the first place I'll go to when I visit Pakistan is Heera Mandi and second place is Wagah.
