1. Makeup kit: Lipgloss, Mini Moisturizer, Nail Polish Pen, 2 Blushes (with compact mirror), Cheek Highlighter, Mini Mascara, Tweezer, Nail Conditioner Pen
2. Hygiene and Health Kit: **Teeth Whitening strip, Lint Roller, Advil, Band Aid, Alcohol Wipes/ wound Cleansers, Tide to go, Gum, Hand Sanitizer, Deodrant Stick, Shout Wipe, Sanitary Napkin, Dr Scholl- For her (shoe liner strips)

6. Ipod charger: Dunno where's the Ipod

I used to be one of those people that carried everything around with me in my bag...but have stopped doing that now as I just don't have the time to keep switching everything from one bag to another when I fancy a change!
The bag I'm using at the moment has in it:-
My wallet purse (filled with money, cards, and too many receipts!)
Lip balm
Wide tooth hair comb
Pen
Hair pins/bobby pins
Notebook for spur of the moment plans/ideas that need writing down
Bottle of my fave perfume
Gloves (only carry these when its cold)
I usually take my keys and phone with me when I'm out so they get chucked in to the bag too :D
