I like halter necks but they sort of look congested on a sari cause of the pallu and all.

I like halter necks too but don't think they work on sari blouse for the same reason you mentioned.

I have seen sari blouses with square necklines which looked kinda nice.

LegallyBrown, I can't seem to upload full pics, but if you go to www.benzerworld.com, and click on sarees, they have some nice blouses, especially on pages 2,4,6 and 7. I'll see if I can find some other nice ones too.
