Look at Sehwag, Dravid and Gangs 
What has happened to them. Look at their performances in last two months. I mean a side which was looking as strongest batting side in the world now looks ordinary (if not trash). kahein Pakistaniz ke germs tou nahi laggaye in April 
Has their confidence shaken?
Is this due to Tendi’s absence specifically in recent weeks?
Looks like all of them went out of form together. I dont think it is because of Sachin absence because with Sachin in team in SL these folks played equally bad. For me biggest surprise has been Dravid's failure. He has been soul of this team and his failure effects the team most.
Sehwag ,we know that he needs brain surgery.
Ganguly, He is way past his prime and is in the team because of his captaincy. It has been a while he played a good inning against a quality opposition in ODIs.
I hope with Sachin return some sanity will come to bartting lineup but I dont think it will happen so soon.
india has the same problem like westindies as they can’t do anything without Lara … i guess

well thats the problem...."if cricket is religion, tendulkar is GOD"...thats the attitude that has put india in trouble...i would say that they have a lot of other good players in the form of laxman, sehwag, dravid, ganguteli, yuvraj, kaif...so if tendi doesnt play a match, doesnt mean that they will lose...
and btw, we need to get one thing clear...there is a big misconception these days that india is the 2nd best team in the world...just playing the final of WC doesnt make u the world's best or 2nd best team....pakistan won the 92 world cup, but they definitely werent the best team, coz they gave some really pathetic performances after the WC'92...srilanka won the 96 WC, but due to their all series loss after tha WC doesnt make them the best team...australia on the other hand, has been performing like a champion since winning WC'99...i hardly remember a series that they lost...
so indians need to do some thinking, and they need to get over with this SACHIN-INDIVUALISM problem..i give due credit to ganguteli for his uniting the team and making them play like a team, but more needs to be done to make the players realize that "EVERY PLAYER IS SACHIN TENDULKAR"...
