Being liberal and having a very modern dressing style is usually taken synonymously with NOT being shareef especially by families and guys when considering a girl for marriage purpose. Dressing is not a proof of sharafat. I have seen many abaya clad girls doing inappropriate things. A girl should be considered beyond her dressing style when being considered for marriage. Its true that most desi guys and their families don’t like to go for girl with very modern dressing styles unless their own sisters/ daughters have the same dressing styles.
