That depends on which part of the Globe you are on. You should always think location when you ask for time specific information.
On the East Coast in the US -
Juggan is 11:00pm - 1:00 am ( Live ) Sun night through Thursday or Friday night - Dawn News;
Faisal is 9:00 am to 12:00 noon ( Recorded ) - Monday through Friday ( don’t know about Saturday ) - TV One.
