mehnaz...try oatmeal...but make it with milk...its easy and its very filling
i also have an awesome home fries not so healthy recipe for sat mornings...if you want it...let me know
-oatmeal with granola and some brown sugar sprinkled on top
-parfait - assemble chopped fruit at bottom (i like strawberries + bananas), top it with vanilla yogurt, and finished with granola on top. You can add whip cream too, but i'd rather not if your trying to stay on healthy side.

yep. oatmeal. best winter breakfast. with milk, raisins, bananas (or any other fruit), wheatgerm and granola). it'll keep you full for long and it gives a great boost of energy.
or just make it with some milk, salt and skip the sweet additives if u dislike sweet in the morning.
What is granola? I live in the UK so where could i find it? What does it taste off? And what about vanilla yogurt? Where can i find that? I really like Sehar's parfeit and wanna try that...thanks sehar.
granola is made of rolled oats and nuts. it is sold in bars and in granule form. it can have different additives such as wheatgerm, honey, fruit and raisins. its a high energy, high fiber food.
