^^ yeah then eat in small portions with 2 hr or so interval. I would say eat your carb bread or cereal (whatever it is) as your main breakfast and maybe some fruit like orange or apple (or whatever you want) as a snack b/w the time after breakfast and before lunch...
Crescy baby, eat whatever you like, just watch the portions (and proportions). You have to enjoy life too buddy! Make breakfast enjoyable and something you look forward to, just like lunch and dinner, but just watch the proportions and make sure what you eat is top notch stuff.
