almost any time when you utilize it properly.

Morning lovely for outdoor and running, break fast etc...
Nights are pretty to relax and read or watch some thing.
evening are nice to walk in nature.
etc etc...

u know i used to loveeee pakistan ki doopehrain. theres something really charming about em. and fajar time too when the whole world is sleeping and ur sitting in "Sehan" staring at phool poday.. haye good'ol days : (
