Worldcall cable, until I knew. For 800 to 1200 Rs per months u could get 64K down/up. For 1800 some ISP offers DSL but u know how good the phone lines in PK.

when i was there, i used to buy the cards...n yeah lums university has their own high speed connection-no dial ups its really fast (click n go)- so i went there for mails.
