whats allowed in hand luggage...anything under 100ml?

AT heathrow,…is there a limit on how many items…or can yo have any amount of items as long as under 100ml…

i was thinking

perfume
foundation
concealer
moisturiser
blusher
mascara
lipgloss
sunblock

and ermm thats about right

and alos gna wear my hair extensions..only clip ons..so shudbt cause any worries right..

and before sara starts sprouting abuse, i did call heathrow they put me on hold for 10 mins…and its 25p a minute…so forget that!!

Hi Nadz, yes there is the 100ml limit in handluggage except medicines. Double check this on the Heathrow Airport website, I checked a few days ago.

There is a 100ml limit for liquids...so perfumes, creams, toothpastes ect..should be less than 100ml and should be put in a plastic bag which the airport staff will provide.

Medicines are only allowed if you have a prescription with it.

Nadz, clip-in extensions might set off the metal detectors depending on how sensitive they're turned up (bear in mind summer holidays could mean higher security levels). If ur really unlucky u may get asked to take them out, if it bothers u and u absolutely want to wear them during the flight u can always get rid of the clips and just use adhesive instead.

I know a girl who was asked to take out the pins in her hijab cos they were setting off the alarm and she had to do it there and then.

im assuming you'll be flying business class or first class? you can have the airlines deliver these to you once on flight.

if you are flying economy, you should forget all this. maybe just pack a few brown paper bags.
