I had a question. What is a “Referral” in a profile?

I just saw I have a referral in my profile but there’s no link or something there. I’m wondering what it is and how can I view any details associated with it???

Do we get a reward for ‘referring’ people to this site?

E.g. Custom Title, Payment, Trip to Pakistan - the home of the most educated etc…

If yes, then I have about a 100 Indian friends that I could refer for this site
