its not that they give a full spoon of honey or something.... they usually give them a very little amount of it; just for the taste, with the tip of the finger. in pakistan, they usually give them gutti within 1week or probably within less period of time. i think some people give them poodinay ka paani (mint water) as well. i can't say anything if things have changed Now over there.
