ok i haven't read the whole thread, but yes i made shakar pare and namak pare only yesterday :p hehe mu hubby seems to love them too much with tea lol

A1yla .. gulgulay are sweet pakoray, made out of khameera ataa (instead of Baisan) and sugar (intead of namak)

Yes, you make them exactly like pakoray, you take some batter and drop it in hot oil to fry a gulgula

ohhhh yes, i know them. i just called my mum to ask hehe. yeah mum used to make them when we were small. OH my been ages haven't had them. :p
hey does anyone know how to make kachore?? (u get them in pak) They are too oil but very tasty to have once in a while. i tried making it with puff pastry but it doesn't seem to come out the same way sold in pak..........:( any recipies??............
