So, this is a thing with one of my friends. She says a guy just randomly added her on facebook,and since she thought him to be a good guy since he working in a reputed Organization,just exchanged few messages with him but as time passed by,she felt he isn’t a good type of a guy who thinks of wrong of girls,etc, so she just sends him an email,telling him she doesn’t want to continue any friendship with him and told him not to send her any messages,etc. This just made him mad,and instead he wrote her many things back,like writing abusive languages for her,her family,etc 
In return she wrote many things back,and it just continued like that till she stopped replying back.Now according to her what she did by replying back was right or she should just have kept quiet without replying anything back.Perhaps she shouldn’t have replied back anything to him,this way she wouldn’t have come to the same standard as of him,no?

In the future, tell your friend to avoid any dramatics and just stop replying to the guy. Also, don't even reply to any fraanship, "your profile looks so bootiful let's talk" posts EVER. gosh.

WHAT the?? how does him being a good guy correlate with working in a certain company? Your special friend really needs to adjust to other ways of judging someones character, maybe than she wont find such loonies.

It was naive of this girl to accept the guy as a "friend" when he's a complete stranger.........had she known him or interacted with him in some other place a fews time before accepting him as a FB friend, that would be different.
People can lie about their interests/what organizations they're a part of, etc on FB. Heck people can even lie about things in real life too. Most of us have had face-to-face interactions with people....whom we found to be shady...or cut off contact with because we didn't find them compatible. It's a risk in general....but a bigger one online....and an EVEN bigger one if the online person a is a complete stranger. Your friend should just take this as a learning experience and move on with her life......and that would entail NOT responding to ANY messages from this guy (even the negative ones). She should just remove/block him from her FB list (however that works, cuz I don't have one).

omg, i have a similar problem.Today some random xyz added me , on inspection i realized he had studied at GIK and he is mechanical engineer but since i did not know him i totally ignored his frandsip request. But after reading this thread i realized he cud have been a cool future buddy? does that mean i have lost a person who might have been my bestie?
