oh i have that problem all the time lol.
solution: eat something, anything! i figure it forces my mind to think (i.e. chewing, swallowing etc) so it stays awake

I was once feeling terribly sleepy at work, so I just rested my head and dozed off for a while....guess who walks into my office right at that time??? The Sheikh himself, followed by the CEO!!!!!!
The mere thought of this happening again keeps me wide awake!!
