put a peg on his or her nose ... and this works .... and if a person has a medical reason that he has to breath from nose then that person will wake up otherwise ... the snoring will stop...
or you can just get a pillow and let alone the snoring you can stop his or her breathing ...:D (Personally not reccommended but an idea)
