Well i m curious to know that what you ppl do when you are bored at work, As my job is just sitting for long hours on the computer i sumtime feel pain in my right shoulder, when i get a break then i feel a bit better. It happens alot to me while i m at work. what about you ppl ?

Walk around and chat with co-workers/manager. Sometimes take a walk around to stretch legs. Often I do some of my homework/studying online when I get the chance. Other times surf the web, but that gets boring tooo

also read the newspapers online or just browse the net.
having some snacks/coffee is helpful too

how do you do that? I mean feeling bored at work, even if you do, dont you know there are female co-workers in office as well, walkup to them and say, let me tell you a joke, trust me no one would be interested in listening to your joke and to avoid listening to it, they will try to distract you in all possible ways, in min you are fresh, treat yourself with a cup of coffee.
p.s. If they agree, say you forgot, may be next time.

go take a 10 min walk after every 2 hours ... not that I do that but my physician suggested me after pain in my left shoulder :)
