I think the effort is what is our control, not the results. So for predictable results I would focus on my effort, and if I do not achieve the desired results, then at least I know I tried.

dushi !! u know what, this world is pretty harsh , or may be that's how i faced it ......., u need to show yr achievements or credits or results/ score to prove yrself , no one is interested to know that how hard u try ,or that how smart u r ................ so personal satisfaction or personal drive or willingness to acheive a goal is not enough .........it's the end result that matters in my case ( or for the people around me )
