Things happen, there r diff circumstances/situations that make you do things which look totally wrong but they happen.
Edit: And only the person who is at the receiving end of this situation can truly decide where the guy stands? you dont have to say sorry 100 times in order to mean it. But if he is taking her for granted then by all means she needs to put her feet down and move on with her life.
