give the basic needs to people.
i.e electricity,food,water,roads, education etc

100% Secular Pakistan where everyone has equal rights and there is no feudalism and everyone is literate. A country where a person does not call him self a balochi, pathan etc but a Pakistani.
Another vote for dictatorship.
Other than that, I want to see Pakistan free of maulvis 
and if we could swap Pakistani women with Irani women, that would make it perfect

I want Pakistan to be more stable,free off radical religious versions,more co-operative towards curbing terrorism and as a responsible regional player.

We want India to get a grip on its religious extremism. The violence that Muslims sufferred in Gujrat riots in recent decade still sends chills down spine.
edit, to answer original post: I like Pakistan the way it is. It needs to become a better Muslim society though.

My ideal Pakistan would be a place where our universities are good enough that politicians, top bureaucrats and generals consider sending their children there. Other things would automatically fall in place.

I would dream of a united Pakistan a home for Muslims but also a country welcoming to all faiths so long as they did not damage or take advantage of our nation.
I would have Islamic law at it's heart backed by a formidable army trained in the classical Muslim fashion but with revolutionary modern weapons...
The state would be based on Islam but would also have a very fair judicairy and a multi faith jury in each case at court.
I would gladly see my nation as a healthy nation one where all are treated with honour even Sikhs and Hindus will be able to stand among the highest posts.
I would have strict dicipline in the society and certian things will be changed...for example i would not allow as many weapons in the country and would certainly crack down on any illegal activity.
Also i think if my ideal country were to be succesfull it would have to be fearsome with every citizen able to fight and if need be ready to wage war on any external threat.
For a small nation i would envisage it to make peace with it's neighbours and live happily but if ever attacked then it would be ore than capable of taking out severall other countries with itself.
Pak Fauj has killed more muslims in the sub continent than hindus have.....
we would like to see pak Fauj giving ownership of Pakistan to the people of Pakistan.
