How much we have to make?
Re: What would you love to EAT and Drink
Depends on how big the Mela is.
I would say only that amount that you can handle easily.
There was one stall in our College once, it was of Red Roses. And it said Give Rose to One You Love.... I didnt get any even then :( but that was coz my bf always preferred to pluck one from College lawn for free :p
Anyway that stall really did good.
Re: What would you love to EAT and Drink
I have been to desi mela and chana chaat, dahi baray, kabab/chicken tikka roll, goll guppay, all do pretty well. even halva puri chana. It all depends on how much cooking you are planning to do at the time and how much before hand.

Thank you all.
3 persons are involved one is good in cooking and about another one I don't know. I think I'm good at cooking too but can't do work fast.
In Desi meal 80000 ppl are expected.
Can I make some something new which I myself ijaad it. Would ppl buy that or no. It's tasty though.
