There is no question about me being underpaid! But lets leave that aside for the time being. His leaving does affect my paycheck and yes that is one of my concerns too. Without commission my paycheck isn;t exactly pretty.
Sweets im just thinking that maybe if boss knows that he may lose the guy he might stop being a miser and give the guy an increment, afterall he is an asset to the company.
Najim thanks for ur kind offer but that would be the start of a lot more gossip considering I am the only staff member who knows of his intention and the question would arise... ye najim femme ka kya lagta hei jo uss tak baat pohnchi...socho zara!
AK vaisay u never know. The guy missed a very good opportunity in the past and regrets it till today. So if another comes his way he may very well take it up. Can't say really.
