If your mock exams are towering over your head but your final one’s are not until Nov. Would you study for mock one’s and not think about the serious one’s or would you study for the real one’s and not worry about the mock one’s. I am relly lost in this delimma of mine cause if I study for the serious one’s it takes me one month to cover everything thoroughly but if i study for mock one’s then I can jus skip everything big and hard and get Achieved, which is not really good enough.

Take mock as a real one. If you really do study and know your stuff, you will not forget it all (although it may feel like that but when you will revise for your finals you won't have to work so hard).
Basic philosphy is - more you revise more it stays in you head. More time you have more you can prepare. If you miss something or didn't preapred properly you will know with mock.
